Trade-in

Trade in your old bicycle

Send photos of your current bicycle (any brand). We reply with a trade-in value you can use towards any new KONEX bicycle. The old bicycle is collected when the new one is delivered (Lisbon area) or brought to the workshop.

  1. Send photos and details of your current bicycle.Envie fotos e detalhes da sua bicicleta atual.
  2. Within 2 working days we email you a trade-in value.Em 2 dias úteis enviamos por email um valor de retoma.
  3. Accept it, order your new KONEX online, and we deduct the value from the price (sent as a discount code).Aceite, encomende a sua nova KONEX online e descontamos o valor no preço (enviado como código de desconto).
  4. We collect the old bicycle when we deliver the new one (Lisbon area) or you bring it to the workshop.Recolhemos a bicicleta antiga quando entregamos a nova (zona de Lisboa) ou entrega-a na oficina.
