What our repair and service covers
Bicycles need periodic adjustment: brake pads wear, gear cables stretch, and wheels can need truing after regular use. PedalCraft provides repair and service support for KONEX bicycles and e-bikes sold through us, covering the same checks performed during initial assembly.
Common service work
- Brake pad replacement and disc or rim brake adjustment.
- Gear indexing and cable replacement.
- Wheel truing and spoke tension.
- Bottom bracket, headset and hub bearing checks.
- General safety inspection before a bike goes back into regular use.
Warranty and statutory guarantee
Faults present at delivery are covered under the EU's statutory 2-year legal guarantee — see our refund and returns policy for details. Normal wear items like brake pads and tyres fall outside that guarantee, as they would with any bicycle.
